Stormwater Program Management
Indianapolis, Indiana
American Structurepoint is overseeing the management of the Stormwater Program for the City of Indianapolis’ Department of Public Works (DPW). American Structurepoint works closely with DPW staff on stormwater program elements, including stormwater program regulatory compliance (National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permit oversight, stormwater quality management program updates, pollution prevention, permitting, legal assistance, etc.) and capital program implementation, design and construction assistance (consultant procurement and contract development, scoping/engineering reports, design management, right-of-way/easement acquisition assistance, and construction inspection/management).

Additionally, American Structurepoint is providing stormwater program planning and administrative assistance (capital improvement program planning, stormwater master plan update, operations and maintenance program planning, drainage investigations and reporting, strategic planning), and operations planning and coordination (staff coordination, operation and maintenance evaluation and recommendations, miscellaneous design, and site visits)
