Community Service

In our own local communities and around the world, we support civic organizations, public service agencies and causes that improve the quality of life. We focus our community service efforts on these areas: family/children, education, senior citizens, emergency and homeless shelters and Armed Services/veterans organizations. American Structurepoint also supports local, national, and global relief and response to natural disasters.

Culture Committee

Our Culture Committee is just that: a committee focused on keeping and enhancing the best culture possible for our employees. The committee is open to members at all levels, disciplines, and locations to ensure that we have representation and opinions from multiple angles throughout our organization.

Healthpoint

Healthpoint is our internal wellness committee with the mission to empower American Structurepoint families to make healthy lifestyle choices that contribute to their overall happiness through their mental, physical, and nutritional well-being. The Healthpoint team hosts company-wide challenges throughout the year where staff in any office can participate and compete with one another as well as provide educational lunch and learns on a variety of topics (stress management, finances, nutrition, etc.).

PointUP (United Progress)

The mission of PointUP is to provide the support and networking tools necessary to build a diverse and inclusive workplace. PointUP hosts a variety of events and training opportunities throughout the year to increase awareness and understanding on a variety of topics such as: multigenerational workforce, unconscious bias, leading from any seat, and many others. We also host a number of networking opportunities with company leadership as well as clients to give all employees the opportunity to enhance their networking skills.
