Austin, Texas [August 26, 2025] - American Structurepoint welcomes Steven J. Miller, PE, to our leadership team. Miller will serve as Senior Vice President and lead our Texas operations.
Miller brings more than 30 years of experience in public and private infrastructure planning, development, and strategic leadership in the architecture and engineering industry. His expertise spans multidiscipline regional planning and programming, project management, funding, engineering design, and construction administration for a wide range of infrastructure initiatives.

Most recently, Miller served as Chief Strategy Officer at an infrastructure consulting firm, where he oversaw firmwide strategic initiatives to enhance growth and collaboration across multiple practices and geographies. In addition, Miller held regional and division leadership positions with other national consulting firms.

At American Structurepoint, Miller will lead the growth of American Structurepoint’s Texas operations, strengthen client partnerships—including with the Texas Department of Transportation and local communities—and support the company’s strategic growth in Texas and nationwide.

Miller earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Oklahoma State University and a master’s degree in construction engineering and project management from the University of Texas at Austin. He holds Professional Engineer licenses in 11 states, including Texas.
