Will Conley Joins American Structurepoint as Principal

American Structurepoint welcomes Will Conley as principal. Will joins American Structurepoint after a distinguished 13-year public service career during which he worked to achieve forward-thinking transportation, public safety, and economic development solutions for Hays County.

Will represented the residents of greater San Marcos and Wimberley Valley as a Hays County commissioner. In his tenure, he led county efforts to improve traffic flow and road safety, develop innovative school safety protocols, and protect water and natural resources. He also served nine years on the Capital Area Metropolitan Planning Organization (CAMPO) board, and as board chairman for six of those years. CAMPO is responsible for long-term transportation planning across a sprawling six-county region that is home to more than two million Texans. Will also worked to protect Hays County water quality and natural resources and championed environmental issues through his work on the Hays County Conservation Plan. His background also includes serving on numerous governmental boards and community service organizations.

In his new role, Will plans to help American Structurepoint’s clients recognize new opportunities and deal with complex infrastructure and economic development matters, including project intricacies such as funding, public awareness and acceptance. He also will work to leverage private partnerships to make projects happen.
