Private Fire Water Main Extension for Rickenbacker Exchange

Our team provided daily site construction inspection for the construction of a 16-inch private fire main for the Rickenbacker Exchange Commercial Development. This project included approximately 7,600 lineal feet of 16-inch water main, 400 lineal feet of 12-inch water main, 172 lineal feet of jack and bore casing pipe, 22 16-inch valves, 3 12-inch valves, and 6 1.5-inch air release valves.

Responsibilities included documenting daily activities, personnel, equipment, quantities, adjustments to phases of design, and ensuring plan compliance with the village’s current construction and materials specifications and standard drawings.
