Non-IOCP Sewer Program Construction Engineering and Resident Project Representative Services

This sewer system rehabilitation and lift station elimination program consists of construction administration and inspection of multiple lift station improvements and elimination projects throughout the City of Evansville. Projects related to this scope of services include estimated contract values ranging from $100,000 to nearly $2 million, with construction activities that include new force main and gravity sewer installations as well as lift station replacements and upgrades. In addition to construction inspection service oversight, our team is responsible for shop drawing review and distribution, contractor clarifications, pay application processing, as well as lift station replacements and upgrades. To engage the Evansville Water and Sewer Utility customers prior to construction, we extended our public outreach efforts to tailor our approach to the needs of the project and nearby stakeholders.
