Lawrenceburg Multi-Family Development

American Structurepoint is providing architectural design, civil/site engineering, and landscape architecture services for a $32 million luxury apartment development located on the Ohio River levee along West High Street in downtown Lawrenceburg, Indiana. Flaherty & Collins Properties will own the development that will contain 152 units; many of these units will feature views of the Ohio River. The project includes a 2-story parking structure for residents, a swimming pool, a courtyard, and prospective retail space. Amenities include a fitness center, bark park, dog spa, co-working lounge, lounge area, and a bike starage area with a bike wash and repair station. Our architectural services included a feasibility study, conceptual floor plans, schematic design, detailed design documents, and construction administration. Construction is expected to be completed by summer 2022.
