Clarian North Hospital Campus

This 750,000-sft hospital facility is located on a 110-acre site. American Structurepoint provided all the civil/site engineering services and design. The campus site required parking areas for approximately 1,500 vehicles; multiple detention ponds; on- and off-site sanitary sewer line; a drainage master plan; design of new site grading and drainage plans; and transportation improvements to 116th Street, including a roundabout. Planning of this fast-track project mandated considerable coordination with Clarian staff and other consultants. American Structurepoint completed the design and worked throughout the development process to get the project approved by both Hamilton County and the city of Carmel and under construction to meet goals established by the client. Numerous design aspects of American Structurepoint's plans take into consideration expansion plans anticipated for the site as need arises.
