American Structurepoint provided civil engineering and land surveying services for townhome project located in the Victorian Village area of Columbus. Our civil engineering services included a site compliance plan, a CC storm water and grading plan, and a private water and sanitary sewer service plan. Our survey services consisted of an ALTA/ACSM land title survey, boundary survey, and topographic survey.
