American Structurepoint performed master planning, site planning, and landscape design for this 100-acre business park, including road system, truck entrance, and parking lot grading and paving; stormwater collection; drainage; site grading; and zoning. American Structurepoint also provided architectural and structural design for three speculative office/warehouse/distribution facilities totaling more than 255,000 square feet.
