University of Tennessee at Chattanooga Residence Hall

The Oak Street Residence Hall will add approximately 800 much-needed beds to this growing campus. American Structurepoint's guidance has focused on student success, operational flexibility, and future adaptability to create an engaging student experience for UTC students. The programming design is based on "pod-style living, offering double-occupancy rooms with corresponding neighborhoods for student connection and collaboration. The residence hall's ground floor will offer a number of student amenities, including a large central student hub, shared kitchen, modernized laundry facilities, administrative offices, and outdoor spaces for a variety of recreational activities.
