Glasswater Creek of Whitestown
Whitestown, Indiana
American Structurepoint provided architecture, interior design, and structural engineering services for a 126-unit facility in Whitestown, Indiana, that offers assisted living and independent living opportunities. Our design provides user-centric, sustainable, and hospitality-driven alternatives to the traditional model of senior living. The design includes several amenities such as a theater, activity-based destinations, fitness area, social gathering areas, an internet/café bistro, and multiple dining options that include restaurant-style and grab-and-go dining options. The facility captures visitors’ and residents’ attention alike with an eye-catching design and the high visibility it receives from town as well as I-65. The facility is the second gateway project for tax credit-based senior housing completed in the Indianapolis market area by the Community Reinvestment Foundation.
