American Structurepoint is providing architecture, interior design, and civil engineering services for a 107,000-sft affordable assisted living facility in Anderson, Indiana. Sweet Galilee draws upon design elements from the adjacent historic Anderson High School and the former Wigwam Gymnasium. The facility includes one-bedroom and studio-style suites, administrative areas, and a centralized concierge service. Our design provides for user-centric, sustainable, and hospitality-driven alternatives to the traditional model of assisted living. Amenities include a game room, community room, fitness center, a movie theater, therapy areas, a medical support space, and activity-based destinations. Dining choices range from a self-serve café to full-scale dining at formal dining destinations. When completed, 130 income-restricted residents will have the opportunity to live in this state-of-the-art facility.
