Miami County Comprehensive Plan

Miami County Commissioners selected American Structurepoint’s Planning Group to create a comprehensive plan and economic development strategic plan for the City of Peru and Miami County, Indiana. Through our Vision2Action planning approach, our consultants guided stakeholders in the creation and implementation of their vision and goals. Specific goals, objectives, and strategies focused on neighborhood revitalization, growth management, recreation and tourism, transportation, community services, economic development/workforce downtown enhancements, and more.
