Community Revitalization and Redevelopment of 1050 North 4th, Mixed-Use Building
Columbus, Ohio
American Structurepoint partnered with Lykens Companies to help revitalize this urban site into an Italian Village, with this incredible mixed-use building on North 4th Street. This urban building development offers residential apartments and two commercial spaces. American Structurepoint’s Civil Engineering Group played a key role in leading civil engineering services for the mixed-use project. The American Structurepoint team managed the detailed site design and engineering services, which included civil engineering design development, preliminary site compliance plan, final site compliance plan, storm sewer and grading plan, private water/sanitary service plan, and we coordinated with the owner and architect for determining utility extensions into the urban site. This new development will most certainly offer fantastic new apartments and rentals for the local neighborhood, and the project was able to concentrate on urban renewal in this local community.
