Troy Eutsler and Kathy Wolf Appointed to Vice President at American Structurepoint
Indianapolis, Indiana [August 25, 2026] – Troy Eutsler and Kathy Wolf have been appointed Vice President at American Structurepoint, recognizing their leadership, contributions to the firm’s national growth, and continued impact on the organization.
The appointments reflect American Structurepoint’s continued growth and its strategic investment in proven leaders who are helping shape the company’s future. As the firm expands, Eutsler and Wolf will bring their expertise and organizational leadership to the company’s executive group, supporting strategic objectives, fostering organizational growth, and advancing initiatives that strengthen both the staff and client experience.

Eutsler joined American Structurepoint in February 2023, bringing more than 15 years of experience in leadership development, organizational strategy, and people operations. During Eutsler’s time with the firm, he has strengthened leadership programs, advanced key people initiatives, and served as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees throughout the organization.
In his new role as vice president, Eutsler will continue overseeing leadership and employee development efforts and the company’s Human Resources function. His expanded responsibilities include aligning people-focused strategies with business objectives, strengthening company culture, and supporting the attraction, development, and retention of top talent.
Wolf joined American Strudcturepoint more than four years ago, bringing more than 25 years of experience. Since joining the team, she he has led the Marketing + Communications Group through a period of substantial growth and advancement. She has helped the team expand its capabilities, strengthen the firm’s brand presence, and enhance proposal and presentation development. Most notably, Wolf has created and grown the group’s client-focused marketing and communications services.
As vice president, Wolf will continue leading the Marketing + Communications Group while expanding her responsibilities in corporate communications, brand strategy, internal and external messaging, and business development initiatives. She will also work closely with company leadership to help develop and communicate key organizational priorities and strategies.
