American Structurepoint Expands Services Across Texas
Austin, Texas [Oct. 20, 2026] - American Structurepoint continues to expand its capabilities across Texas with the expansion of traffic engineering services in the Dallas-Fort Worth market.
Over the past 10 years, American Structurepoint has grown its Texas presence to more than 60 professionals across three design centers in the North Texas, Austin, and Round Rock markets, expanding both its geographic reach and services it provides to clients. The addition of traffic engineering in North Texas creates a foundation for continued growth and diversification across the state.

Doug Burnett, PE, joins American Structurepoint as traffic project manager and is the firm’s fifth traffic engineer in Texas and first one based in the recently opened North Texas design center. He has more than 11 years of experience in traffic and transportation engineering. Throughout his career, Doug has managed projects for agencies including the Texas Department of Transportation, North Texas Tollway Authority, local municipalities, and private developers.
