Our 401(k) plan provides a tremendous opportunity for our employees to prepare for retirement through a matching funds program. The amount of the match is determined quarterly, based upon the company achieving certain levels of productivity and can be as high as $1.00 per dollar deferred, up to the government annual limit. The plan offers a Roth and a pretax option.
