    Since taking the reins as the president of American Structurepoint in 1990, Rick has grown the engineering and architectural consulting firm from $3 million in annual revenue and fewer than 50 employees to a 2024 revenue of $208 million and approximately 750 employees across 11 disciplines, and still growing. American Structurepoint began business in Indianapolis in 1966, and with Rick’s guidance, the company has since expanded its offices throughout the Midwest. Under his leadership, American Structurepoint has won over 150 design awards and has been consistently recognized as a Top 200 Design Firm by Engineering News-Record. In 2022, Engineering News-Record named American Structurepoint a Top 50 National Transportation Design Firm and a Top 50 National Manufacturing Design Firm, and Architectural Record named American Structurepoint a Top 300 National Architectural Firm in 2021.

    In 2002 and 2011, Rick was named among those listed on the IBJ's Who's Who in Construction, Design, and Engineering. In 2008, Rick received the Purdue University Civil Engineering Alumnus Achievement Award. In 2015, Rick received the Purdue University College of Engineering Distinguished Engineering Alumni Award. In 2018, Rick was accepted into Chi Epsilon, the National Civil Engineering Honor Society in the United States. Rick was honored with the prestigious ACEC Indiana Consulting Engineer of the Year Award in 2019. The annual award recognizes an individual who has made a significant contribution to consulting engineering in Indiana. In 2022, Rick was inducted into the National Academy of Construction. This organization recognizes industry leaders nationwide who demonstrate exceptional leadership and service with a continued commitment to innovation. In 2025, Rick received the prestigious ENR Midwest Legacy Award for his lifetime service to the engineering industry and was also named to the Indiana 250 list, which recognizes Indiana’s most influential business and community leaders.

    Rick’s enterprising, energetic career has led him through myriad active roles in the internationally recognized company. His initiatives, such as expanding into Ohio, Illinois, Texas and Florida; launching the Investigative Group; initiating design/build projects; and selling information technology and marketing and communications services to clients took innovation planning and considerable risk. In addition, Rick has been involved in such distinctive projects as the Keystone Parkway Corridor; the I-70 interchanges at the Indianapolis Airport; Super 70 and Hyperfix in downtown Indianapolis; the “Speed Zone” urban redevelopment in Speedway, Indiana; Toyota Industrial, Bastian Material Handling Headquarters Facility in Noblesville, Indiana; and many more. As a lifelong resident of Indiana, he is also an avid supporter of the professional engineering community.

    Not only does Rick understand the ins and outs of the A/E industry, but he’s practiced almost every discipline of the business, as well.     Since becoming president in 2024, Cash has been responsible for the day-to-day executive leadership of the company, ensuring its continued success and strategic growth.

    Previously, Cash served as American Structurepoint’s chief operating officer, where he was instrumental in driving the firm’s profitability and sustainable expansion across the country. He monitored key company performance indicators, optimized production unit efficiency, and ensured that all processes and systems operated at peak performance. Before that, as an executive vice president, he provided executive oversight and quality assurance for all transportation projects, managing workflow progress and financial status across the sector.

    With more than 31 years of experience in the design and management of over 100 transportation improvement projects, Cash is highly respected for his technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and innovative design solutions. His steady leadership and professional demeanor have been invaluable assets throughout his career.

    During his 28 years at American Structurepoint, Cash has played a pivotal role in delivering some of the company’s most complex, large-scale, multidisciplinary projects on fast-track schedules. These include the $55 million pavement replacement and widening of 3 miles of I-80/94 in northwest Indiana, the most heavily traveled truck route in the country. Other notable accomplishments include the schematic design of the $175 million “Super 70” project in Indianapolis, the detailed final design of the $100 million Indiana approach of the Ohio River Bridges East End Crossing design-build P3 project, and the $800 million Segment 3 of the Transform I-66 design-build P3 project in Virginia.

    As chief operating officer, Ben is responsible for ensuring the firm’s profitability and strategic, sustainable growth throughout the country. He drives key company performance indicators and monitors and adjusts various production units for maximum efficiency. He also ensures that all of American Structurepoint’s processes and systems operate efficiently.

    Prior to becoming COO, Ben was the executive responsible for leading the companywide Transportation design practice, which includes the Road, Bridge, Environmental Services, and Traffic groups. He provided executive-level leadership to enhance the operational effectiveness of the firm’s national design centers. Ben also focused on overall sales, staff management, and growth initiatives for the Transportation Group.

    With 23 years of experience in transportation project management and design, Ben’s background is in the design of bridges and other structures. His expertise extends to alternative delivery P3 and design-build projects across the country.

    Ben is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the Structural Engineers Institute. He also serves on the ASCE/INDOT Structural Committee, which develops policy and standards for the Indiana Department of Transportation. Ben is also a board member for the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC-Indiana).

    In 2018, Ben was named a finalist for Indy’s Best and Brightest.

    Ben is responsible for continuing to build recruitment, human resources, staff development, inclusion, and employee engagement operations.

    He is a 2001 graduate of Purdue University, where he began working for American Structurepoint as an intern in the Construction Solutions Group before graduation. After earning his degree, he became an inspector and, after one year in the field, moved to the Bridge Group as a project engineer in 2002. Ben was promoted as the firm’s first recruitment manager in 2007, a role in which he has been instrumental in growing the company. Under his leadership, the staff recruitment process has driven a 60% increase in revenues and significant geographic expansion for American Structurepoint. Ben has established himself as the “go-to-guy” whenever the firm needs additional resources or seeks to expand.

    In August 2014, Ben was promoted to vice president of corporate affairs. In 2017, he was named to the Top Young Professionals list by ENR Midwest, which recognizes 20 individuals under the age of 40 who have built extraordinary industry portfolios while contributing significant time and expertise to their communities. In November 2020, Ben was promoted to executive vice president.

With over 28 years of experience in the engineering and architecture industries, Steve combines a deep understanding of complex project management, operational optimization, and market trends to steer the firm toward new opportunities and elevate its strategic initiatives.

    Throughout Steve’s career, he has been instrumental in shaping the firm’s long-term vision, identifying key market segments, and implementing transformative solutions that enhance the firm’s position in the industry. By fostering collaboration across departments, he ensures alignment between strategic goals and the day-to-day operations of the company, overseeing strategic planning, growth initiatives, and national market expansion efforts.

    He is experienced in all facets of civil engineering, is licensed in 26 states, and has practiced worldwide. Steve has been a highly respected and recognized leader in the alternative-delivery industry for nearly three decades. He has been instrumental in delivering unique infrastructure solutions on projects across North America and internationally by bringing out-of-the-box ideas to solve major funding and delivery problems. Steve is well versed in alternative delivery best practices. He has completed legislative reviews for alternative delivery-enabling legislation for multiple states and has provided feedback on the latest trends in alternative delivery.

    He is also active in several major industry groups, leading the charge in innovative approaches to transportation solutions. These include the American Road and Transportation Builders Association (ARTBA), where Steve is on the P3 Board of Directors, as well as the Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA) Great Lakes Region, where he is the current president.

    Jack is the executive responsible for companywide sales for our private sector, which includes the Architecture + Interiors, Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, and Planning + Economic Development groups.

    In 1998, he received a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural and Biological Engineering from Purdue University. In 1999, just one year after college, Jack joined American Structurepoint as an entry-level site design engineer. His experience includes site layout, grading, hydrology, road design, earthwork, utilities, water quality design, construction cost estimates, and permitting, as well as field investigations and preliminary site analyses. At age 25, Jack became one of only a dozen certified floodplain managers in the state of Indiana. Since earning his professional engineering license from the state of Indiana in 2004, Jack has developed impeccable relationships with real estate developers in the Midwest, propelling the accelerated growth of the company’s private-sector civil engineering practice.

    In January 2006, Jack was promoted to vice president, focusing on client and project sales strategies and taking charge of the Civil Group. He later accepted principal responsibility for American Structurepoint’s Survey Group. In May 2011, Jack was invited to share ownership of the company. In 2012, ENR Midwest magazine selected Jack among its annual Top 20 Under 40 list, which honors young design and construction professionals on the basis of their contributions to their profession and their community. In 2013, he began leading the charge of the American Structurepoint Architecture + Interiors, Structural Engineering, and Planning + Economic Development groups.

    Jack is effective at leading multidiscipline projects of any scale, producing results with the highest degree of integrity. He is a determined individual with a “can-do” attitude, and he is committed to ultimately making your project vision a reality.     Greg’s leadership has positioned American Structurepoint as one of the most prominent engineering and architecture firms in Indiana. During his 28-year tenure at American Structurepoint, the firm has more than quadrupled in size. Significant projects include large, complex, and fast-tracked initiatives for many state Departments of Transportation around the country.

    Greg’s extensive background in engineering, management, budgeting, and finance, combined with his deep experience working with the Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) and the Indianapolis Department of Public Works (IDPW), gives him unique insight into the needs of public agencies. As division chief of INDOT’s Design Division from 1989 to 1992, he managed a team of 230 professionals involved in all aspects of highway, bridge, and traffic design. From 1995 to 1997, as director of IDPW, he oversaw 750 union and non-union personnel with an annual capital budget of $80 million, leading departments responsible for engineering, capital improvements, maintenance of transportation and wastewater infrastructure, solid waste operations, and environmental resource management.

    Most notably, Greg served as program manager for the $700 million IDPW RebuildIndy campaign, overseeing the renovation and revitalization of the city’s infrastructure. More recently, Greg led the winning pursuit and provided leadership for IDPW’s multi-year stormwater program management contract, which produces a $40 million per year capital improvement program. Other notable accomplishments include Greg’s leadership of the innovative financing for the 56th Street widening project in Lawrence, Indiana, completed on a compressed schedule; his leadership in achieving a record-breaking LPA design and construction schedule for the Indiana Avenue Underpass project in Elkhart, Indiana, which required extensive coordination with Norfolk Southern Railroad; and his role in the I-65/70 Market Street interchange modification for the City of Indianapolis, which significantly improved downtown traffic flow.

    Greg has received multiple industry honors throughout his career, including achieving Fellow status with the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) in 2021—an honor granted to just 3% of ASCE members

    Scott is the chief financial officer of American Structurepoint. A registered certified public accountant in the state of Indiana, his strong accounting and business administration background helps him excel at overseeing the financial reporting, risk management, cash and tax management, and strategic management planning initiatives of the multi-million dollar company. Scott has played a crucial role in advancing American Structurepoint’s long-term growth, driving outstanding revenue gains and geographic expansion to new markets. Scott manages all financial and tax information for American Structurepoint and its employees, helping to ensure all projects meet companywide, local, state, and federal regulations.

    Scott is part of the greater American Structurepoint family, which upholds the best project management skills, including collaborating with clients to build trust, creating innovative solutions, and removing obstacles wherever possible to engineer a great project. In addition, he and his fellow team members adapt quickly to new situations when working on existing projects as they arise. Flexibility is the cornerstone to delivering for the client. It’s essential in this business to be able to handle changing conditions on multi-million dollar projects by sharing ideas with the client and keeping them informed every step of the way.

    Walid is a senior vice president, partner, and executive in charge of our Ohio operation. He has 37 years of construction and design experience in the public and private sectors of the transportation industry. Walid is well respected for his leadership skills and for his problem-solving abilities that bring value to government agencies and local communities we serve. His contributions to economic development in the State of Ohio were recognized by his induction into the Executive Order of the Ohio Commodores on June 29, 2018. Membership is only possible through appointment by Ohio's governor.

    As a former deputy director for the Ohio Department of Transportation, Walid clearly understands the needs and processes to produce a high-quality product delivered on schedule and within budget. His expertise in looking at the big picture and his proactive management approach bring to every project a strong ability to collaborate with clients and stakeholders to create a partnering atmosphere that fosters open communication and trust. Walid will provide the leadership, executive commitment, and technical expertise savvy that you and your project need to ensure success.

    Kent is a senior vice president, partner, and executive in charge of American Structurepoint's national sales strategy and execution. He is responsible for pursuing geographic growth opportunities in Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Nebraska, Ohio, Tennessee, and Texas, including national design-build P3 relationships, alternative delivery procurement for project owners, developing teaming partners, diversification and client development, and talent recruitment. He also leads the firm’s Business Development Group.

    Kent joined American Structurepoint in 1999, became a partner in 2010, and has over 24 years of consulting engineering experience. Kent and his team of business development professionals collaborate and partner with state and local community leaders across the US to develop and drive projects from concept to completion. He has been involved in many processes that drive successful project management and build engaged client relationships, including pursuing federal funding mechanisms, public agency collaboration, strategic management planning, contract negotiations, business plan preparation, team building and staffing, market research and analysis, the formation of strategic partnerships, and value-based management systems. Kent is well versed in design-build and alternative delivery methods that deliver cost and time savings, multiple benefits, and results for clients. He has been a key player in a broad range of complex, multidiscipline projects ranging in value from a half a million dollars to the $800 million Transform I-66 Outside the Beltway project just outside Washington, D.C., in northern Virginia.

    Since Kent has been with the firm, American Structurepoint has seen a tremendous amount of organic growth from sales of $12 million in 1999 to approximately $235 million in 2024 across all company groups, with particular emphasis on Transportation, Architecture + Interiors, Utility Infrastructure, and Construction Solutions. With a background in organizational leadership and supervision, Kent builds relationships to secure the funding necessary to complete projects on schedule and within budget. He is able to uncover funding opportunities for our clients and helps to develop creative and cost-effective solutions to their infrastructure and development needs. From his work collaborating with community leaders, Kent holds a great deal of empathy and insight into the needs of public agencies and understands complex federal project requirements and delivery. Kent will strive to develop creative and cost-effective solutions to the challenges of infrastructure needs, growth, and development.

    Senior Vice President Steven J. Miller leads American Structurepoint’s Texas operations. He is responsible for leading the growth of our Texas presence and expanding our Texas operations.

    With more than 30 years of experience in the architecture and engineering industry, Steve has led major infrastructure initiatives across the public and private sectors. His expertise spans multi-disciplinary regional planning and programming, project management, funding, engineering design, construction administration, and strategic leadership. Throughout his career, Steven has guided large-scale infrastructure projects, developed high-performing teams, and advanced client relationships that have resulted in meaningful infrastructure improvements across Texas and nationwide. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in 11 states, including Texas.

    At American Structurepoint, Steve leads the addition of service lines and geographic expansion of American Structurepoint’s Texas operations and strengthens client partnerships, particularly with the Texas Department of Transportation and other key infrastructure leaders in Texas. Steve also drives operational excellence and innovative solutions that improve connectivity, safety, and quality of life for the people and communities we serve.

    Mike serves as a vice president in our private sector groups. As a design and construction industry veteran with more than 37 years of experience leading large, complex, multidiscipline projects and programs, Mike has been involved in some of Indiana’s largest and most innovative construction projects. He led a staff that managed more than $1 billion in ongoing design and construction projects for Indiana University Health throughout Indiana, including the IU Health Bloomington Regional Academic Health Center program. His experience also includes serving as a vice president at a local owner’s representative company and as a partner in a local consulting firm for over 15 years.

    Mike thrives on enhancing the delivery of American Structurepoint's most complex multidiscipline projects and programs. His decades of experience will be used to manage relationships with the multiple stakeholders for these large, complex projects and ensure our focus on client value. Mike’s technical knowledge, coupled with his problem-solving and relationship-building skills, make him a valuable asset to any project.

    Ryan is American Structurepoint's National Transportation Leader responsible for leading the firm's Transportation design practice (Road, Bridge, Traffic, and Environmental Services groups) in all our design centers in Indiana, Ohio, Illinois, Kentucky, Tennessee, Texas, and Florida to help drive operational effectiveness. He works with other American Structurepoint executives, group leaders, and state transportation leaders to develop strategies for American Structurepoint’s continued growth. He plays a pivotal role in driving sales and nurturing our team's growth through recruitment and development.

    Ryan has over 18 years of experience with American Structurepoint and has successfully managed growing teams while simultaneously delivering for our clients on complex transportation projects. His area of technical expertise is bridge design. Throughout his career, Ryan has led and been involved in designing new bridges, as well as the rehabilitation and replacement of existing bridges, for local communities and state agencies across the country using various delivery models.

    From April 2022 to October 2024, Ryan served as Indiana Transportation Director, leading American Structurepoint’s transportation practice in Indiana. From 2018 to 2022, he led our Bridge Group nationwide. Ryan also routinely assists the executive leadership team in initiatives vital to American Structurepoint’s growth and success in the transportation marketplace. His industry expertise and leadership skills, combined with institutional knowledge of American Structurepoint, make him a valuable asset to our clients and company.

    Shawn leads American Structurepoint’s private sector services for Ohio. He is responsible for building a consistent culture, developing staff, driving sales, achieving operational effectiveness, and continuing the healthy growth of all American Structurepoint’s Ohio design centers.

    Shawn joined American Structurepoint in 2011 as a civil engineering manager to start the firm’s Ohio civil engineering practice. In February 2015, he was promoted to regional services director. Under his leadership, the Ohio Civil Engineering Group has grown to 35 employees over the past decade and is on pace to generate over $8.5 million in revenue in 2025.

    Shawn has more than 22 years of experience in land development, which includes multi-family housing, single-family housing, student housing, tax credit and HUD financed housing, brownfield redevelopment, assisted living, institutional, civic, commercial/retail, industrial, data centers, and public/private partnerships. He has extensive experience in conceptual planning, zoning, stormwater management, erosion control, site grading, utility infrastructure, cost estimation, construction administration, and permitting.

    Shawn enjoys an exceptional reputation in the industry for working closely with owners and developers to maximize a property’s development potential with efficient and economical solutions to suit a client’s needs.

    Nick leads American Structurepoint’s practice in Florida. He is responsible for building a consistent culture, developing staff, driving sales, achieving operational effectiveness, and continuing the healthy growth of American Structurepoint’s Florida transportation practice.

    Nick joined American Structurepoint in 2018 to start our Florida Transportation practice. Under his leadership, the group has grown to nearly 40 employees across two design centers. Nick has generated a huge pipeline of future projects across the state in several Florida Department of Transportation districts and local Florida communities.

    Nick has 21 years of transportation industry experience, specializing in the design and management of major roadway infrastructure projects. Throughout his career, he has been charged with project oversight and roadway design of projects ranging from minor intersection improvements to freeways with major system and service interchange facilities. Nick has extensive experience in all phases of highway design, from preliminary engineering for environmental analysis to preparation of contract plans and specifications for construction. Nick’s project delivery experience includes traditional design-bid-build, design-build, and private-public partnerships. He has hands-on design experience in roadway, temporary traffic control, and drainage design, and he specializes in the geometric design of innovative intersections and interchanges, such as roundabouts and diverging diamond interchanges.

    Ed is a vice president at American Structurepoint, bringing 28 years of experience in leading multidisciplinary engineering projects in the public works sector. Ed is a leader in developing strategies to grow American Structurepoint’s Ohio operations, which includes furthering the growth of our dynamic Cleveland design center.

    Ed has a passion for assisting ODOT districts, local public agencies, and communities of all sizes solve complex infrastructure challenges in transportation, utility infrastructure, and construction solutions. Ed’s background in design, plan review, and managing projects in all 12 ODOT districts and numerous municipal jurisdictions gives him a thorough understanding of federal, state, and local programs and funding procedures. His specialized experience also includes transportation studies, final design, safety improvements, and utility solutions.

    Ed joined American Structurepoint in 2019 as regional services director to establish the firm’s Northeast Cleveland operations. In 2020, Ed was promoted to principal of Northeast Ohio operations. Under his leadership, American Structurepoint’s Ohio team has experienced substantial growth, adding two design centers in Cleveland and Akron, expanding them to more than 40 staff and generating more than $45 million in sales for the road, utility infrastructure, construction solutions, civil site engineering, and investigative disciplines in just five years. Furthermore, Ed's leadership played a crucial role in the Cleveland design center's being recognized as the 2023 Employer of the Year by the Women’s Transportation Seminar (WTS) Northeast Ohio chapter, for its efforts in recruiting, retaining, and advancing women in the transportation industry.

He is passionate about helping communities realize their visions by skillfully navigating the intricacies of planning, design, construction, and funding. His thorough understanding of local, state, and federal design and funding processes allows him to develop innovative solutions, secure essential resources, and successfully guide projects from concept through completion.

    Throughout his career, Will has played a leading role in securing and managing some of American Structurepoint’s most high-profile, multidisciplinary projects, including WestGate at Crane and 16 Tech. His leadership and project experience span American Structurepoint’s national reach and encompass a wide range of sectors—private development, public infrastructure, transportation, planning, parks and trails, and community service initiatives. Will’s multidiscipline background enables him to effectively serve as principal-in-charge for major clients and projects, providing expert leadership through every phase of project delivery.

    Mike is vice president and partner at our firm. In his executive role, Mike is responsible for the leadership, development, and growth of American Structurepoint’s Indiana local government business operation, where annual sales have increased by more than 250% since his arrival.

    With more than 30 years of experience in civil engineering, public administration, and infrastructure planning, Mike is nationally recognized for advancing innovative transportation solutions that also drive community revitalization and economic growth. His primary focus is helping clients recognize opportunities, envision optimal outcomes, and navigate the complexities of delivering transformative projects. Whether the challenges involve funding, constructability, public awareness, political acceptance, or leveraging private partnerships, Mike brings the strategic insight and practical knowledge needed to deliver lasting community impact.

    Mike began his career in construction management in 1994 before transitioning into transportation system design while earning his Civil Engineering degree from Purdue University, which he obtained in 1997. In 2001, he was appointed city engineer of Carmel, Indiana, where he served for 13 years under Mayor Jim Brainard. During this tenure, he reshaped the city’s infrastructure, overseeing projects that enhanced safety, spurred economic development, and positioned Carmel as a national model for innovation.

    Since joining American Structurepoint in 2014, Mike has continued to advise local governments on infrastructure investments that improve mobility, foster sustainability, and strengthen civic identity. He is best known for his leadership in roundabout implementation, having overseen the planning, funding, and delivery of nearly 150 roundabouts in Carmel and influencing hundreds more throughout Indiana and across the country. His work demonstrates how safe, efficient transportation design can also serve as a catalyst for economic vitality and community growth.

    Mike’s areas of specialization include executive leadership, economic development strategy, transportation planning and design, capital program management and funding, safety-focused design, sustainability, utility infrastructure collaboration, municipal budgeting, and public engagement.     David is a vice president and partner in charge of our Utility Infrastructure Group at American Structurepoint. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Purdue University, he is a professional engineer and a LEED-accredited professional with 26 years of experience. He leads a talented staff of engineers, operators, and scientists, providing overall leadership and strategic vision for his groups.

    David has been involved in planning, permitting, design, construction management, public outreach, education, troubleshooting, and funding of numerous sanitary, combined sewer, stormwater, and potable water projects throughout the U.S. His project management expertise is primarily in large, combined sewer overflow projects, encompassing reduction, treatment, storage, and conveyance. David has saved his clients millions of dollars by successfully negotiating with regulators and implementing innovative technology.

    He brings his unique skills and knowledge to each project. This, combined with our staff’s ability to think outside the box, allows us to bring true value to our clients. He will ensure the success of your project, meeting or exceeding your expectations.

    Chris is a vice president of American Structurepoint with more than 47 years of experience in public and private highway engineering. Helping to oversee the Transportation Group, Chris is responsible for all road design projects developed by the Indianapolis office, from corridor studies to final contract plans and specifications. He manages engineers and technical staff, developing construction plans and other services for nearly $30 million of road construction work each year. With a background in bridge engineering and experience working with the INDOT, Chris is knowledgeable and savvy in solving a variety of transportation issues.

    As vice president of private sector services with more than 21 years of experience, Ross is responsible for the operations, growth, profitability, and success of American Structurepoint’s private sector disciplines (Architecture + Interiors, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Investigative, and Planning + Economic Development). He also has responsibility for geographic expansion initiatives.

    Ross joined American Structurepoint in 2010 as a project engineer. He quickly established himself as a go-getter with excellent technical skills and an ability to build strong relationships with clients and co-workers. He was promoted twice within his first five years with the firm, first to project manager and then to team leader with responsibility for the company’s civil engineering work on federal projects throughout the country. As a highly skilled project manager, Ross led many multidisciplinary efforts on challenging private and public projects throughout the country through the design, approval, permitting, and construction phases. In 2017, Ross was promoted to Civil Group leader, leading the largest civil/site engineering group in Indiana. In 2021, Ross was named as a finalist for Indy’s Best and Brightest honoring the next generation of leaders in the Central Indiana area.

    Ross has been a key contributor to several of American Structurepoint’s landmark civil engineering projects, such as the $85 million Grand Park Sports Campus. He was also integrally involved in the $389 million regional academic health campus project on the IU Bloomington campus that also includes the new 645,000-sft IU Health Bloomington Hospital.

    Zach is a professional engineer with 25 years of experience throughout Indiana, Ohio, and Florida. He serves as vice president for American Structurepoint, focusing on business development operations nationwide. He is responsible for driving the growth and expansion of the sales organization throughout the company. Zach's responsibilities include opportunity tracking and reporting, pipeline management, sales projections and forecasting, sales process improvements, staff development and management, client development and management, sales strategy for pursuits companywide, and developing strategic growth initiatives. Since Zach joined the sales leadership team in 2014, sales have increased from $52 million to more than $233 million in 2024.

    Zach has excelled in every role he’s held since joining our firm in 2002, which includes over 10 years of designing and managing hundreds of successful LPA and DOT transportation and utility infrastructure projects. From 2010 to 2014, he served as the deputy program manager responsible for managing the City of Indianapolis Department of Public Works (DPW) transportation and stormwater capital improvement program during the RebuildIndy program. Zach provided technical and non-technical support to the DPW staff and managed the consultant team responsible for assisting the DPW staff in delivering a successful yearly transportation and stormwater capital improvement program during that time. Additional responsibilities during his time working on the RebuildIndy program included contract management, staff management, capital improvement program development, public outreach, and reporting. Zach is a trusted collaborator and advisor who is well respected in the industry and strives to exceed client expectations and build strong client relationships at every turn.
