We’re dedicated to empowering our senior-level staff with 10 or more years of experience through advanced professional development opportunities! Our Advanced Leader and Industry Training Programs will further develop your capacity to lead larger teams and drive impactful change within the architecture and engineering industry.

QUARTERLY LEARNING SERIES

All employees will be invited to participate in a quarterly learning series. Quarterly learning sessions will cover high-impact topics such as difficult conversations, coaching, annual performance reviews, and more. In-person and virtual options will be available for each session.

EXAM PREP PROGRAM

We’re committed to supporting your continued professional growth through access to top-tier exam preparation resources! Our new partnership with the School of PE offers staff discounted self-study and live online courses for the PE, PS, FE, and FS exams—featuring a 93% average pass rate. You’ll receive high-quality prep at a reduced cost, with most expenses covered by our existing licensure reimbursement benefit.
