Tim McParland Joins American Structurepoint's Cleveland Investigate Team

American Structurepoint’s Cleveland team is growing again, welcoming Tim McParland as a senior project manager in the Investigative Group.

Tim brings nearly ten years of diverse forensic and design engineering experience to the Cleveland team. He excels at solving immediate property-related claims and recommending plans to extend the life of a building’s components. He specializes in property and facility condition assessments, storm damage assessments, building envelope consulting for higher education and institutional clients, structural analysis, and restoration design and construction.
