Joey Roselli Appointed to Vice President at American Structurepoint

Orlando, Florida [May 7, 2026] – Joey Roselli has been appointed Vice President at American Structurepoint, recognizing his leadership in advancing the company’s alternative delivery strategy and national growth initiatives.

Based in the company’s Orlando design center, Roselli will serve in an expanded role in growing American Structurepoint’s alternative delivery practice nationwide. As vice president, Roselli will focus on strategic growth initiatives, pursuit identification, and pipeline development across all of the firm’s disciplines. He will also help mentor and develop the next generation of design-build managers to support the continued expansion of the firm’s alternative delivery capabilities.

Roselli joined American Structurepoint’s Florida Road Group more than four years ago as a Project Development Director and quickly became a key leader within the company’s design-build practice. Since joining American Structurepoint, he has helped grow the company’s alternative delivery pipeline across the country to more than $300 million in potential fees. Some of the major projects Roselli has managed include Florida Turnpike SR 714 design, Central Florida Expressway Authority SR 429 design, and the I-75 Corkscrew modified phased design-build pursuit.
