American Structurepoint Named a Best Place to Work

Indianapolis, Indiana - American Structurepoint, a national full-service architecture and engineering consulting firm, has been recognized as one of Indiana’s top employers, by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce.

The Best Places to Work in Indiana recognition is largely based on employee feedback, reflecting the positive input shared by staff regarding a company’s culture and environment. American Structurepoint was named a 2026 Best Places to Work in Indiana in the Large Employers Category. A formal celebration will take place on May 13.

Companies from across the state entered the two-part survey process to determine the Best Places to Work in Indiana. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company's workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience.
