Orlando, Florida [Oct. 9, 2026] - American Structurepoint continues to expand its capabilities across Florida with the addition of utility infrastructure services. Over the past several years, American Structurepoint has grown its Florida presence with design centers in Tampa and Orlando to better serve clients across the state. The firm continues to invest in its Florida operations by adding a dedicated utility infrastructure expert.

Tak Kai Pang, PE, returns to American Structurepoint as utility infrastructure technical director, serving as the firm’s first utility infrastructure professional based in Florida. Tak Kai has more than 30 years of experience in project management, construction management, environmental engineering, water supply and wastewater treatment. His expertise will help strengthen client relationships and support the continued growth of the firm's utility infrastructure services in the region.
