Austin, Texas American Structurepoint, a national architecture and engineering consulting firm, celebrates 10 years of delivering innovative solutions and improving communities across Texas. Since opening its first Texas design center in Austin on October 5, 2015, American Structurepoint has grown to include additional design centers in Round Rock (2020) and Dallas (coming soon in 2026). Today, the Texas team has grown to a staff of over 50 professionals providing multidisciplinary engineering services to several Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) districts and local communities.

“American Structurepoint is grateful and proud to partner with communities to make travel safer throughout Texas,” said Senior Vice President Steven Miller. “Our team is driven to make a difference every day to meet the state’s growing infrastructure needs.”

American Structurepoint is currently providing engineering services to 15 TxDOT districts. Its engineering professionals have worked alongside municipal leaders in Hays, Williamson, and Caldwell counties, as well as city officials in Kyle, Round Rock, San Marcos, and Seguin.

American Structurepoint’s Texas achievements demonstrate innovative solutions, technical expertise, dedication to delivering excellence to clients, and the growth of the company. Some notable achievements include:

  • Designing an award-winning roundabout at FM 3237 and FM 150 in Hays County to improve public safety and reduce high-speed crashes. The team successfully collaborated with stakeholders to preserve a historic oak tree in the roundabout’s center circle.

  • Designing the Dripping Springs Southwest Connection, a 7-mile roadway through the Hill Country that will improve safety, enhance connectivity, and provide more options for travelers.

  • Designing 12 roundabouts for the city of Kyle, six of them along the Kohlers Crossing corridor, to improve traffic flow and public safety.

“Thank you to our clients for your support and partnership,” Miller said. “We look forward to continuing to improve the quality of life for people in Texas.”
