SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS American Structurepoint, a nationally ranked architecture and engineering firm, and Barker & Associates, a highly respected mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineering services firm, announce the launch of a new small business joint venture. The small business joint venture between Barker & Associates and American Structurepoint will provide federal government clients with full-service, one-stop solutions.
