Warsaw Strategic Plan

The vision of Warsaw is one where: Warsaw will be a vibrant, compassionate, and sustainable community that embraces its rich heritage, the unique and innovative nature of its citizens and businesses, as well as its distinctive natural amenities and community spirit resulting in successful community development, a diverse economy, and an exceptional quality of life. The strategic plan focuses on goals for growth management, business retention & expansion, business attraction, downtown Warsaw, communications & processes, and neighborhood revitalization. Within each goal discussion are sub goals and potential strategies and next steps. These goal and strategy discussions provide a framework for community and economic development. This plan provides guidance and direction for the community, and helps to identify areas that need additional, strategic planning, study and investigation, and action to achieve the vision and goals of Warsaw. Additional areas of consultation and study may focus on land use, zoning, neighborhoods, infrastructure, annexation, transportation, connectivity, policies, incentives, programs, communications, marketing, relationships, public-private partnerships, standards, and many more.
