Community Revitalization of the Adelphi Quarter in King Lincoln District
Columbus, Ohio
This project is a public-private partnership (P3) project with Borror Development and the City of Columbus to revitalize the urban streetscape for East Long Street, North Garfield Avenue, and North Monroe Avenue. The urban revitalization project included a one-of-a-kind living experience in the heart of the King Lincoln District. The development will offer studio, one bedroom, and two bedroom floor plans that range from flats or townhomes to garden units and lofts. The future Adelphi Quarter building will house approximately 9,000 sft of commercial space and 130 boutique apartments. There will be ample on-site parking and reserved spaces for the residents. The development will bring the neighborhood together for entertaining/community gatherings and celebrating the arts community. American Structurepoint is working alongside Borror Development to deliver this transformational project to Columbus.
