Community Revitalization of Alliance Place
Reynoldsburg, Ohio
Drawn by the affordability and diversity of the area, Alliance is relocating its national headquarters from Colorado Springs, Colorado, to Reynoldsburg, Ohio. American Structurepoint’s Civil Engineering Group is working with Alliance to deliver the 130,000 sft mixed-use development where the vacant Kmart used to be. The new Alliance Place facility will include a 500-seat event center, several breakout/meeting rooms, a coffee shop, inline retail spaces, and additional leasable office space.
