Community Revitalization of EcoGreenhouse
Columbus, Ohio
American Structurepoint is working with Kaufman Development to develop and deliver the second Greenhouse concept, called EcoGreenhouse. The project will include a 7-story building and adaptive reuse of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers facility. The redevelopment project will transform the 247,000 sft, including parking and residential space. In total, the residential space will include 158 apartments, 4 penthouses, and 8 townhomes. American Structurepoint and Kaufman Development both strive to improve the quality of life for communities. Therefore, the urban revitalization of EcoGreenhouse will deliver a space inspired by well-being, nature, and transformation that will benefit the Short North/Victorian Village neighborhood.
