Community Infill/Revitalization Development, The Townhaus, Residential Condominiums
Columbus, Ohio
The Townhaus is an infill residential condominium project located on a previously vacant property in the historic, dense, urban neighborhood of Schumacher Place on Columbus’ south side. American Structurepoint provided the civil/site engineering services for this revitalization project. The ten townhomes are sited to hold the urban street edges with a buffer of green space along the perimeter and an interior auto court hidden from public view. With the project located in the City of Columbus, our team prepared a site compliance plan in accordance with City requirements for review by all City departments. Our civil engineering team also provided the storm sewer and grading plan, sanitary sewer abandonment plan, private water service plan, utility coordination, and construction administration services.
