Thunderbird Commerce Center

American Structurepoint provided land surveying and civil/site engineering services for the Thunderbird Commerce Center. The project site is approximately 150 acres previously used as a Ford Visteon manufacturing plant on the east side of Indianapolis. Our land surveying team provided an ALTA/NSPS land title survey, topographic survey, construction staking, and infrastructure as-builts.
