American Structurepoint joined forces with developer Flaherty & Collins to design a multi-family mixed-use development project in downtown Columbus consisting of 200 luxury apartments and an urban grocer. The apartment component is a 4-story building with ground-level units featuring walk-up porches. This project helps fulfill the vision of growth in downtown Columbus as part of its Envision Columbus strategic growth plan.
