South Wellfield Expansion and Replacement Design

American Structurepoint was contracted by Citizens Water to design five well replacements and a new well to increase the capacity of the South Wellfield. This project began with a well-impact study and well-site survey reviewing the proposed well locations, followed by field investigations including geophysical surveys. The well designs ranged in capacity from 1,000 to 1,400 gallons per minute. Each well design was unique to the project-specific constraints with some utilizing a raised platform design, building design, or site pad with a fence design.
