Shawnee Station Glick Road Development

American Structurepoint spearheaded the comprehensive planning, design, and construction administration for the Glick Road Retail Facility in Shawnee Hills. This project involved the transformation of an existing landscape and garden center into a vibrant retail development with an expanded parking lot, integrating seamlessly into the mixed-use landscape.

The development included innovative solutions such as underground storm detention and shared stormwater management with an adjacent site, demonstrating efficient use of space and resources. Additionally, new utilities including water and sanitary sewer systems were meticulously designed to support the diverse needs of the mixed-use community.

Throughout the design phase, our team maintained close collaboration with the architect to ensure the project adhered to the schedule, delivering a well-coordinated and integrated component of the larger mixed-use development near Dublin, Ohio.
