Mohr Logistics Park

American Structurepoint provided civil master planning and engineering design services for the Mohr Logistics Park in Whiteland, Indiana. The industrial park is approximately 475 acres and is located along the west side of Interstate 65 on the north side of Whiteland Road.

American Structurepoint was engaged early on to provide annexation and rezone technical support, due diligence research, land surveying, traffic engineering, civil engineering, landscape architecture, and master planning for the entire development. This included, but was not limited to, up to ten industrial buildings, existing roadway corridor improvements, new public roadways, overall stormwater detention, and utility infrastructure (water and sanitary mains) extensions.

In addition to master planning, our Civil Group has provided construction plans for seven constructed facilities totaling 4.3 million sft., with an additional 500,000 sft mass graded to become pad-ready.
