Milestone Headquarters Conceptual Design

American Structurepoint provided archecturual, structural engineering, civil engineering, land surveying, and environmental services for a new headquarters facility for Milestone Contractors in Beech Grove, Indiana. Our architectural team designed a 2-story, 25,000-sft new office building that maximizes daylighting for employees and a new 52,000-sft storage and maintenance building that includes a mezzanine. The site featured native and adapted vegetation. An exterior connection between the site’s two main buildings would become an amenity, creating space for outdoor activities.
