Michigan City Hotel Conceptual Design

American Structurepoint provided conceptual designs for a proposed hotel/retail development in Michigan City, Indiana near the lakefront. Our conceptual design included a rooftop terrace/restaurant positioned to provide visitors with stunning views of Lake Michigan, street-level retail and a restaurant to enhance pedestrian activity and commerce, guest rooms featuring breathtaking views of Lake Michigan, and a 3-story parking structure.
