Our Cleveland Design Center is Expanding!
Lima Readiness Center
The approximately 53,000 sft. Lima Readiness Center will provide the Ohio Army National Guard with a modern facility supporting training, administration, communications, logistics, storage, personnel support, and unit operations. The $26.5 million project also includes comprehensive site development, parking, circulation, drainage, utilities, accessibility, security, and antiterrorism/force-protection improvements. American Structurepoint is serving as prime design consultant, coordinating the building and site infrastructure into a secure, efficient campus that supports long-term mission readiness.
The new readiness center brings a wide range of operational, training, administrative, and support functions together within one coordinated facility. The design addresses the needs of National Guard personnel while providing flexible, durable spaces that can support evolving unit requirements.
American Structurepoint is integrating the building with the surrounding site infrastructure, including vehicular and pedestrian circulation, parking, utilities, drainage, accessibility, security, and antiterrorism/force-protection measures. Construction is currently underway.
