Licking County Study

Our team of experts recently partnered with communities throughout Licking County, Ohio, to study water and wastewater service needs and gaps. American Structurepoint delivered a report that shows service areas for future water and sanitary sewer needs. We created possible water and sewer alignments to priority areas from service providers to show how the water quality and sanitary needs could be met.

We also created a tool to score potential water and sewer projects against each other. Scoring criteria was based on Ohio funding application requirements, while adding additional weight to development, water quality and corridor improvements. With this tool, local leaders can plan for future needs and see what projects will benefit their community most.

Throughout the process, our team met with stakeholders, service providers, and residents to gain a complete understanding of Licking County’s current and future needs for utility infrastructure, transportation, and community planning.
