American Structurepoint is providing multiple engineering services for this 9,000+-acre district featuring multiple parcels for manufacturing, research and development, and high-tech facilities. LEAP stands for Limitless Exploration Advanced Pace. Our land surveying services include ALTA/NSPS land title surveys for dozens of district land parcels. The land surveying team also is providing boundary survey, construction staking, and platting services for Eli Lilly and Company’s multi-billion research and manufacturing campus currently under construction.
