IU Health Regional Academic Health Center

American Structurepoint provided full site/civil services for the transformative 51-acre, $389 million regional academic health campus project on the Indiana University campus in Bloomington, Indiana. We served as the executive civil engineer, which entailed civil engineering design services and managing civil subconsultants and partners for the project built on the site of the former IU Golf Course.

Our civil design work also included providing site planning for surface parking for approximately 1,800 spaces, a 16,000-sft central energy/utility plant, and site improvements for three potential gardens, prairie and woodland restoration, utilities, and roadways.
