Indiana National Guard Elkhart Readiness Center Modernization

The $6.62 million Elkhart Readiness Center modernization is transforming an aging Indiana Army National Guard facility into a safer, more accessible, and mission-ready environment. The project includes renovation of approximately 14,000 sft. and an addition of up to 5,000 sft., modernizing training, administrative, communications, logistics, and personnel-support spaces. American Structurepoint is providing comprehensive architectural and engineering design services for the facility and associated site improvements.

The modernization includes updated interior layouts and building systems, restroom and accessibility improvements, façade enhancements, and coordinated parking, utility, and site upgrades. Antiterrorism/force-protection measures are also being incorporated to strengthen installation security and support current federal design requirements.

By improving the facility’s operational, training, administrative, and support environments, the project will enhance day-to-day functionality while supporting recruitment, unit readiness, and future mission requirements.
