Planning began with programming and conceptual design focused on patient and staff workflows. American Structurepoint carried the project through schematic design, design development, construction documents, permitting and bidding support, and construction administration, creating a coordinated environment for specialized outpatient care.

The surgery center was designed around the 2018 FGI Guidelines applicable to outpatient facilities and Indiana Department of Health review requirements. American Structurepoint coordinated architecture and interior design with medical equipment and MEP systems, including technology infrastructure and required HVAC and electrical commissioning.

Inside, the facility combines clinical functionality with a clean, approachable aesthetic. A light, neutral material palette with wood-look finishes and blue accents provides continuity from patient reception through clinical areas, while the procedural and treatment spaces accommodate specialized equipment and the operational needs of the care team.
