Hudsonville Ice Cream Expansion

American Structurepoint teamed with Tippmann Construction on this design-build project to expand the warehousing and distribution capabilities at Hudsonville Ice Cream in Holland, Michigan. The 165,000-sft addition includes a frozen storage warehouse, a refrigerated shipping/receiving dock and associated maintenance, material handling, and machine room support spaces. American Structurepoint provided the building design; 30%, 60%, and 90% documents; and final construction documents.
