Hammond Mixed-Use Development Conceptual Design

American Structurepoint’s architects teamed with developer Flaherty & Collins to design a dynamic and inclusive mixed-use development that will revitalize the northwest side of downtown Hammond. Our design features two 4-story structures housing approximately 200-230 apartment units and 6,000 sft of ground-floor retail space. Amenities include a fitness center, community pet wash room, resident dog park, and a heated saltwater pool. Our designers stylistically pull from the current era of modern architecture in a way that makes the project lustrous and charming. Our concept seeks to activate the site with architectural elements that engage various generations seeking an active, social atmosphere in which to live, work, and play.
