American Structurepoint provided architecture, interior design, and structural engineering services for the development of an affordable assisted living facility in Plainfield, Indiana. The facility features 131 assisted living units consisting of one-bedroom and studio units and includes several amenities emphasizing user-centric, sustainable, and hospitality-driven alternatives. These amenities include a centralized concierge desk, activity spaces, fitness, restaurant style dining, an internet/cafe bistro, social gathering areas, and activity-based destinations.
