Franklin Hampton Inn & Suites

American Structurepoint provided multiple services for a 4-story, 92-room Hampton Inn and Suites in Franklin, Indiana, just west of I-65 off King Street. We provided architecture, interior design, civil and structural engineering, land surveying, and landscape architecture services for the $13 million hotel developed by Sprague Hotel Developers. The ground floor consists of a lobby/registration area, meeting room, warming kitchen, dining facilities, fitness facilities, indoor swimming pool, men’s and women’s restrooms, laundry facilities, employee lounge and locker room, and administration offices. Architecture design services include schematic design, 80- and 100-percent construction documents, and construction administration services. Our interior design team worked to fully define the furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) package to incorporate Hampton Inn & Suites prototype standards.

We also provided documentation of overall reflected ceilings, wall finishes, flooring layout sheets, casework elevations, and interior elevations defining the level and placement of finishes.
