Fort Bliss Building 2410 Barracks Renovation

The $4.7 million design-build renovation of Building 2410 modernized critical systems within an occupied barracks facility at Fort Bliss. The project replaced the aging chilled-water system with new air-cooled chillers, upgraded primary and secondary pumps, and enhanced controls to improve reliability, energy performance, and long-term maintainability. American Structurepoint provided Title I architecture, interior design, and code consulting while coordinating the work with existing conditions and installation stakeholders to support continued facility operations.

Working as part of the design-build team, American Structurepoint supported the architectural and interior modifications associated with the building-system upgrades and evaluated applicable code requirements. Close coordination with the contractor, installation representatives, and existing facility conditions helped minimize disruption and maintain operations throughout the renovation
