Fishers 80 AC Commercial Development

American Structurepoint is providing preliminary engineering, surveying, and due diligence services for a proposed 80-acre commercial site in Fishers Indiana. American Structurepoint conducted a NSPS land title survey for the site and developed several conceptual site development plans for the site. These conceptual plans identified recommendations for land use, building location, building square footage, vehicular transportation, parking, pedestrian and/or bicycle infrastructure, and preliminary drainage analysis for the development. We also prepared a Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) for the 80-acre site.

Our team worked with a private developer to create development scenarios for a parcel at the intersection of two major roads in Fishers, Indiana. During this study, our team found many development challenges including an existing cemetery and floodplains. In addition to our analysis of the area, we found out that public recreation and nature conservation were important elements for the city for any development on the site. The parcel is currently under construction into multi-family residential and park spaces.
